A rare Patek Philippe & Cie pocket watch, reference 651, housed in a stainless steel case and fitted with a most impressively finished movement. Its enamel dial features rare & elegant raised Breguet numerals, blued steel hands, and a subsidiary seconds register at 6 o’clock. According to the Extract from the Archives, the watch was manufactured in 1937 and sold on 2 April 1938.
